Online Business Manager Job | Go Natural English

As our Online Business Manager, your main duties would include:

Creating and following systems and processes to make the business run like a well-oiled machine
Strategic advanced planning for marketing, sales and promotions
Looking at analytics and providing executive summaries monthly
Managing and delegating to the team
Identifying needs and providing support to the team
Assistance with hiring and team building
Ensuring deadlines are met
Communicating between the team & founder
Hosting meetings on a monthly basis

Native-level English speaker/writer
Excellent communicator
Dependable & calm under pressure
Able to work independently & spearhead projects
Tech skills to to schedule content for publishing online
Marketing skills to strategically reach sales goals
Located in the Central US timezone (or able to consistently work during CST business hours from anywhere)
Have a stable place to work from Monday-Friday with a reliable high-speed internet connection
Experienced working with content marketing, brand partnerships, online course launches & online education/coaching (or at least you have done a lot of self-study on these topics and understand the principles)
Feel aligned with the company’s mission and values

The right person will love crossing items off of checklists, ensuring deadlines are met, and orchestrating a team to work smoothly together to grow the business. You’ll be an action-taker, not an excuse maker!

COMPENSATION & HOURS

$1,000/mo for approximately 12 hours of work per week (3 hours per day/4 days per week)

5% of all new online course sales each month for months 1-3 with room for advancement after
