When saying “B” you utilize your vocal chords and you should feel them vibrating in your neck.
Your lips come together and you release a sound when your mouth comes open.
“P” is different because there is no sound. You bring your lips together and let out a small burst

One way to practice the “P” sound is by holding your hand or a piece of paper in front of your
mouth. If you’re pronouncing it correctly you should feel air against your skin or see the paper
