Where should I start? Which course should I take first?
Check out our fluency map to see our suggestion on where to start. You can begin with an audio ebook, but if you’re ready for a challenge, you can jump right into a video course!
For students who need to improve fast, we suggest the Fluent Communication course.

Do you teach private lessons?

Go Natural English does not teach private lessons, but you can benefit from our partner offers for online English lessons. Click here to learn how to save on private English lessons online.

How do I use the lessons?
It’s easy! Here is a checklist that will help you benefit the most from all lessons.
  • Download lessons. Save them to a special folder on your computer or a USB.
  • Open them and read, listen and/or watch.
  • Read, listen or watch again and try repeating what you hear or reading out loud.
  • Take notes. Write down new words, examples, and questions.
  • Come to our members Facebook group and practice!
  • Take time to review lessons again in a week or so.

I saw a video of Gabby talking on Skype. Can I talk to Gabby on Skype too?

Gabby often invites participants of paid premium Go Natural English courses to discuss their progress over Skype. This is by invitation only and reserved for customers of premium courses. The Skype meetings help us to get to know our students and to see if our students are happy. You can see what our students have to say in our testimonials here.

I don’t understand all of the lessons! What should I do?
First, it is good if you are a little challenged by the lessons.
Try to understand the main idea of the lessons. Later you can return to the lessons and review.
If there are words you do not know in the lessons, use a dictionary to find out what they mean.
You can get extra support through our members Facebook group.
If you really are having trouble understanding the lessons, please send us an email at
What is the difference between free and paid premium lessons?
Free episodes on YouTube or on our podcast are meant to inspire you and give you a quick tip.
Paid premium lessons provide many organized lessons available instantly with one click. You also get surprise bonuses, quizzes, feedback and corrections, and a members community to practice together with us.
Do I need special technical equipment?
No! You only need your computer, smartphone or tablet and a good internet connection to learn with Go Natural English!
Click here to join the 7 Steps to Fluency TrainingAre the lessons different from the free 7 Steps to Fluency video training?
Yes. The 7 Steps to Fluency teaches you an English study method that you can use independently.
The Go Natural English lessons teach you English vocabulary, phrasal verbs, speaking, listening, and grammar and offer you interactive practice.
What kind of files are the lessons downloads?
The lessons are all .zip files. Zip files download faster.
Mac computers should automatically open .zip files.
If you are using a PC, you need 7-Zip or WinZip to open these files. WinZip comes with most Windows computers. If you do not have WinZip for some reason, you can get 7-Zip for free at:
Can I get the premium lessons for free?
No. We cannot offer the Go Natural English courses or audio eBooks for free. The Go Natural English Team Teachers give their expert advice and attention to students in the premium courses, so this can not be a free program.
What program do I use to open the lessons?
Use 7-Zip or WinZip to download the files (see above question). After that, use your media player (such as iTunes) for the audio lessons, and use Adobe Acrobat Reader for the text files. These programs can be downloaded for free (from Apple and Adobe) if your computer does not have them already.
Can I see a sample lesson before I buy the course?

We do not have sample lessons currently available for courses.

Go Natural English Team Teachers have years of experience and qualifications. We create awesome course materials, but if you are not completely satisfied with a Go Natural English course, we have a refund policy.
